valley fever vaccine project of the americas
speakers bureau programs

navigate the valley fever site The Valley Fever Vaccine Project has speakers available for organizations interested in learning about the Vaccine Project or about Valley Fever.

A brief video is available chronicling the nature of the disease, its origins and treatment, and the efforts being made to develop a vaccine. The content of the presentation can be adjusted to suit the requesting organization's needs. A medical person can be included in the presentation team if highly technical inquiries are anticipated.

A typical 20-30 minute presentation includes introduction of the vaccine project, showing of the video, and responding to questions.

To arrange a presentation, contact Carl Leech or Sandra Larson with the proposed dates, the length and type of presentation appropriate, and the number of people who will likely be in the audience. Be sure to include your name or that of a contact person for the organization along with phone number, e-mail address, US Mail address, or FAX number.

Speakers live in the lower end of California's great central valley and have traveled to neighboring regions to make presentations. Organizations geographically distant from this location are encouraged to make requests to see what may be arranged for their area.
